On November 15th, 2018 ERG Capital-3 signed final agreement for sale of real estate owned by the company in Varna. The sale price in the amount of EUR 3,500,000 w/o VAT is received by the company, along with the VAT due, while the expenses for the execution of the final agreement were split equally between the seller and the buyer.

In connection with the above, on November 21st, 2018 ERG Capital-3 will prepay part of the bond issue with ISIN: BG2100002125.
