On May 31st, 2019 in the Commercial Register maintained by the Registry Agency was recorded the re-election of Kostadin Todorov Petkov, Boian Nikolov Ikonomov ans Stanislava Antonova Kuymdjieva as members of the Board of Directors according to a decision of the General Meeting of the Shareholders of ERG Capital-3 REIT held on May 22nd, 2019.
