The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of ERG Capital-3 ADSIP, held on 06.06.2008, has accepted all resolutions, proposed by the company’s Board of Directors.

The GMS has made the following dividend distribution decision for the year 2007:
– Gross dividend: BGN 0.1578 per share
The right on dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the Central Depository AD within 14 days after the GMS date i.e. by 20.06.2008 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the owner will be entitled to obtain dividend, will be 18.06.2008.
