On November 21st, 2018 ERG Capital-3 partially prepaid the principal along with the interest due on the issued by the company bond with ISIN code: BG2100002125. For more information, please click here (in Bulgarian only).

On November 15th, 2018 ERG Capital-3 signed final agreement for sale of real estate owned by the company in Varna. The sale price in the amount of EUR 3,500,000 w/o VAT is received by the company, along with the VAT due, while the expenses for the execution of the final agreement were split equally between the seller and the buyer.

In connection with the above, on November 21st, 2018 ERG Capital-3 will prepay part of the bond issue with ISIN: BG2100002125.

On September 13th, 2018 ERG Capital-3 signed a preliminary agreement for sale of real estate owned by the company in Varna.

The execution of the final agreement is scheduled for November 15th, 2018. The sale price is EUR 3,500,000, without VAT, while the expenses for executing the final agreement will be split equally between the seller and the buyer.

The investor should keep in mind that the preliminary agreement is executed subject on certain conditions that if not fulfilled the preliminary agreement might be terminated or cancelled.

The General Meeting of the Shareholders accepted the Annual Report of the Management Board, the Annual Financial Report of the Company, the Report of the Licensed Auditor, as well as the reports of the Investor Relations Director and the Audit Committee for 2016.

Also, the members of the Board of Directors were relived from resposibility for their activities in 2017.

In addition, the shareholders did not vote agenda items 8 and 9 from the updated invitation for the GM because of administrative order under art. 212, par 1, item 1 of the Public Offering of Securities Act issued with Decision № 648-ПД from 26.06.2018 of Mr. Boyko Atanasov - deputy chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, managing the department "Oversight of the investment activity".

The Company will take the necessary actions to record the above decisions, where applicable, in the Commercial Register.
