On June 4, 2009, based on decisions made at the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of ERG Capital -3, held on May 15, 2009, the Commercial Registry filed changes to the Board of Directors of the Copmany.

After the filing the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: 

1.      Sredetz Enterprise EOOD, I.D.: 130945813. Based on decision by Sredetz Enterprise EOOD Mr. Tzvetomir Stoyantchev Todorov will act as its representative under Art. 234.(1) of the Commercial Act (new member of the Board of Directors, Chairperson).

2.      Anna Petrova Tznakova-Boneva (re-elected member of the Board of Directors, Executive Director).

3.      Yordan Nikolov Tchompalov (re-elected member of the Board of Directors,  independent).

As per Art.233.(1) of the Commercial Act the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is 5 years.
