The company status in the Commercial Registry has been updated on June 15, 2010 to reflect certain decisions made by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, held on May 27, 2010.

Anna Tzankova-Boneva is relieved as member of the Board of Directors. Bulgarian-American Property Management EOOD is appointed to the Board of Directors with a five year term.

On May 27, 2010 the Board of Directors appointed Bulgarian-American Property Management EOOD with representative under Art. 234 (1) Anna Tzankova-Boneva to serve as Executive Director of the Company.
